KingBeach Consulting treats client information as confidential, client-owned, and entrusted to us only for the purposes of the agreed work. We manage information with disciplined cybersecurity and information-management practices, retain only what is operationally necessary, and return or dispose of client materials according to the project terms and the client’s instructions.

Client Data

All information shared with KingBeach Consulting during the course of a project remains the property of the client at all times, unless otherwise agreed in writing by all relevant parties.

We do not claim ownership over client materials, project records, business information, technical data, strategic documents, internal communications, or other information provided to us for the purpose of delivering consulting services.

Information Management

Information shared with KingBeach Consulting is handled in strict confidence. We use client information only for the purpose of performing the work agreed to between KingBeach Consulting and the client.

We do not disclose, sell, trade, publish, or otherwise make client information available to third parties unless required to complete the agreed work, or required by law.

KingBeach Consulting follows industry best practices for cybersecurity, access control, and information management. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Access to client information is limited to those who require it for the purposes of the project or agreement.

There may be circumstances where KingBeach Consulting stores, manages, organizes, transfers, or otherwise stewards information on behalf of a client. In those cases, we do so in accordance with the agreed project terms, the client’s instructions, and any applicable confidentiality or information-handling requirements.

End of Project Handling

At the end of a project, engagement, or agreement, client information will be returned, transferred, deleted, archived, or otherwise handled according to the agreed terms and the client’s instructions.

Our default position is that client materials should return to the client’s control unless there is a clear operational, contractual, legal, or administrative reason for KingBeach Consulting to retain a limited record.

KingBeach Consulting may retain limited administrative information necessary to operate the business, maintain records, meet legal or accounting obligations, manage contracts, issue invoices, document services performed, or support ongoing business administration.

This may include information such as contact details, billing records, contracts, correspondence, project summaries, and other records reasonably required for business continuity and compliance.

Client information is used only to support the agreed work, communicate with the client, manage the project, fulfill contractual obligations, and maintain necessary business records.

We do not use client information for unrelated purposes without permission.
